Q. If I rent for multiple days can I take the bike home with me?

A. Yes, you have the option to store it in the shop in the evenings, or keep it with you. If you do not store the bike with us, you are responsible for it’s security.

Q. Are helmets included?

A. Yes, we include a helmet, lock and map with all bike rentals. DH bikes include a full-face helmet.

Q. What time do you rentals start?

A. Rentals run 9.30am to 5.30pm. DH bikes can be ridden 5.30-8pm for an additional $25. We open at 9am so you could potentially pick up at 9am if the bike is ready, but we can’t guarantee that as sometimes they require service or repair.

Q. What dates are you open?

A. We are open from June 1st till Oct 21st. Between May 1st and June 1st Giant bikes can be picked up from our sister store Gateway Bikes.
